Rohit K.
Rohit’s academic training is from JNU and Jamia Millia university. He is currently researching on strategy and statecraft in storytelling traditions such as the Panchatantra and Hitopadesh. He previously worked at Ashoka University for seven years, evaluating various components of student applications, including essays and interviews, as well as in a teaching capacity on courses in history, politics, and international relations. He has also worked with Delhi based think tanks (SATP and USI of India) and the EU Delegation and has participated in academic exchanges with foreign universities (Bar Ilan, Uni of South Africa).
Shreya Sangai
Shreya is a PhD candidate at York University, Canada, where she also teaches as a writing instructor. Previously, she worked as a writing tutor at Northeastern University (Boston), and she especially enjoys working with international and refugee-migrant students who bring diverse perspectives and experiences to their academic journeys. She is a published author with presses such as Bloomsbury, Routledge, and Leuven University, and has mentored many undergraduate and postgraduate applicants in crafting compelling admission and fellowship applications.
Dr. Balmiki Kumar
Balmiki works as a Research Associate at the University of Toronto in drug discovery for cancers. His extensive research in chemical science brought him closer to the natural world. Previously, Dr. Kumar secured a postdoctoral fellowship at U.Toronto, where he was the lead researcher on the Chemical Sensors Group at Prof. U.J. Krull’s laboratory. He earned his PhD on nano-medicine and cancer from NIT-Rourkela. Besides academic pursuits, Balmiki has counseled many undergrad and grad students, supervised, and mentored them through their research interests and internships in India and abroad.
